Earth Work
- Excavation in soft soil for foundation and removal of the excavated earth up to 5 feet until hard strata is reached.
- In situations where space is limited, an extra fee will be charged for replacement soil.
- An additional charge of Rs. 2,000 per brass will apply for distances up to 5 kilometers
Structure
- Steel: TMT reinforcement steel of Kalika, Rajuri will be used. 500 or 550 grade TMT steel shall be provided at a rate of 3.25 kg per sq.ft of built-up area. All reinforcement details will follow the approved Structural Engineer’s design.
- Cement: Birla super , Ultratech will be used. 53 Grade cement will be applied for concrete works, while 43 Grade cement will be used for all remaining tasks.
- Concrete Works:Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) will be used as required. PCC of M15 grade (1:2:4 mix ratio) will be executed. M25 grade RCC will be utilized for: 1.Footings 2.Plinth beams 3.Columns 4.Roof slabs
- Plastering work: Plastering Internal single coat rough ( tar ) finish plaster with M sand in 1:4 proportion. External double coat plaster (Dabba finish ) in M sand. Chemicals used in plaster mortar - 1.Reliance recron 3s and Dr.Fixit plaster master chemical used in plaster mortar Or Fosroc conplast WL extra. Chicken mesh will be provided at junctions of beams, columns, and masonry walls.
- Brick Masonry: 9-inch red brick walls will be provided externally. 6-inch red brick walls will be used for internal partitions.
- Floor Height: Slab height considered 3 to 3.5 m.
